A leaked engineering report suggests that the pre-production "alpha" Tesla Cybertruck had serious suspension, braking, and handling problems due to its unusual design, resulting in noise and leaking issues. The pre-production Cybertruck achieved a braking score of four, making it somewhat dangerous for public roads. However, with release candidates due in late August, it's fair to assume most of the issues have now been addressed, and Tesla CEO Elon Musk seems confident about a Q3 launch for the first Cybertruck release candidates.
