Atlantic City Mayor and Wife Charged with Abusing and Assaulting Teen Daughter
Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small and his wife, La’Quetta Small, have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child for physically and emotionally abusing their teenage daughter. The couple allegedly abused their daughter on multiple occasions, including hitting her in the head with a broom, causing her to lose consciousness. The mayor's lawyer stated that the matter is unrelated to any improprieties in the mayor's office and focuses on private personal matters.
