Norton exits DC’s nonvoting House seat bid
Eleanor Holmes Norton, age 88, filed a termination report with the Federal Election Commission indicating she will not seek a 19th term as DC’s nonvoting delegate in the House, amid months of scrutiny over her ability to represent the capital during a period of federal intervention.
