Ukrainian officials in the Kharkiv region have presented evidence suggesting that Russia used missiles supplied by North Korea in an attack on the city of Kharkiv. The missiles, which were used for the first time since the invasion began, appear to be technically and visually different from the standard Russian Iskander missiles, with a larger diameter and distinct features in the nozzle, electrical windings, and rear parts. The attack resulted in two deaths and over 60 injuries. North Korea is under a U.N. arms embargo, and U.N. Security Council resolutions prohibit trading military equipment with the country.
