Outrage as Tourists Caught Having Sex on Thailand Beach

A couple of tourists were caught engaging in public sex on Pattaya Beach in Thailand, known as "Sin City," while onlookers laughed and filmed the incident. Despite public sexual acts being illegal in Thailand, such behavior has been observed in the area before. The city's Tourist Police are investigating the incident, but the perpetrators may have left the area by now.
