Tragic Death: Australian Man Buried Alive on Beach Dies

Australian Josh Taylor, 23, has died after being buried in a 5-foot deep sand pit on a remote beach. Taylor fell head-first into the pit while spending time with friends on Bribie Island. It took 15 people to pull him out, but the rescue effort caused additional injuries. Taylor was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition and was taken off life support due to the severity of his injuries. A GoFundMe campaign has been created to support his family, raising over $68,000 so far.
