Fatal Terror Shooting Near Hebron Claims Israeli Woman's Life

An Israeli woman was killed and a man was seriously wounded in a terror attack near Hebron in the southern West Bank. The victims were shot at by assailants in a passing vehicle while driving on the Route 60 highway. The woman, identified as Batsheva Nigri, a mother of three and a kindergarten teacher, was declared dead at the scene. The wounded man was taken to the hospital for treatment. A 6-year-old girl, believed to be Nigri's daughter, who was in the car during the attack, was unharmed. Israeli forces launched a manhunt for the terrorists and closed off roads in the area. The Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad groups praised the attack.
