Around 300,000 spectators, including 104,000 paying ticket holders and 222,000 free viewers, will be accommodated, with access allocated via quotas to select residents, sports federations, and others. The unprecedented open-air event will see about 10,500 athletes parading through Paris on boats, with stringent security measures in place, including the closure of airspace and deployment of 45,000 security force members.
