Indian wrestlers demand justice and accountability from federation chief.

Indian wrestlers are protesting against the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, accusing him of sexually harassing several female athletes. They have demanded his immediate arrest and asked for the registration of a first information report against him. The wrestlers had conducted a sit-in protest in January, which was withdrawn after the sports ministry stripped the WFI top brass of all administrative powers and asked an oversight committee to look into the allegations. The sports ministry has now asked the Indian Olympic Association to form an ad hoc committee to run the WFI and hold a new election within 45 days.
