Poonch terror attack: AK-47s, grenades, and sticky bomb used in 36 rounds

The Poonch terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir involved a minimum of 36 rounds of firing from two AK-47 assault rifles, lobbing of two grenades, and a sticky bomb. The terrorists conducted a thorough reconnaissance, possibly with local support, to identify the spot where the army vehicle would slow down, making it easier for them to target it. The People’s Anti-Fascist Force (PAFF), a purported front of the Jaish e Mohammad, claimed responsibility for the attack. The possibility of the attack being carried out by freshly infiltrated terrorists cannot be ruled out.
