Israel Police Elite Unit Foils Terror Attack in Jericho

Israel Police's Gideonite Unit, in collaboration with other Israeli security forces, arrested a Jericho resident suspected of planning a terror attack in Israel. The operation was carried out by Unit 33, also known as the mista'arvim unit, which specializes in undercover counter-terrorism operations. In separate incidents, Israeli security forces arrested three wanted individuals in the West Bank, and there were clashes between IDF soldiers and armed individuals in Nablus.
