Princess of Wales Recovering Well After Surgery, Says Kensington Palace

The Princess of Wales is recovering well from abdominal surgery at home in Windsor, missing a memorial service for King Constantine of Greece, which was also attended by other members of the British royal family. Her husband, Prince William, also pulled out of the service for personal reasons, and King Charles missed the event as he continues treatment for cancer. The service was held in honor of King Constantine, who died in January 2023, and was attended by foreign royals as well. Constantine, a former ruler and last king of Greece, had a close friendship with the British royal family, and his funeral was attended by representatives of the British royal family.
