"London Teen to Become First Millennial Saint"

Carlo Acutis, a London-born teenager who died of leukaemia in 2006, is set to become the Catholic Church’s first millennial saint after Pope Francis recognized a second miracle attributed to him. Known as the patron saint of the internet, Acutis was beatified in 2020 and is credited with miraculous healings, including a recent case involving a Costa Rican woman’s daughter. The Vatican has yet to announce the date for his formal canonisation.
