Massive Evacuation in Hebei to Alleviate Beijing's Flooding Crisis

Thousands of residents in Hebei province, China, have been forced to leave their homes to ease flooding in Beijing. Low-lying areas in Hebei have been opened as zones to divert water from affecting downstream areas. The residents have been relocated to temporary housing, but it may take some time before they can return to their properties.
