Fatal Avalanches Strike Tromsø, Norway.

Four people, including tourists from Slovenia and Italy, were killed in three separate avalanches in Norway's Tromsø area. Norwegian authorities have decided to evacuate several parts of the Arctic municipality of Tromsø due to the risk of further avalanches and landslides. The Red Cross is monitoring the situation and is prepared to provide food and medicine to residents in the area's small villages in case they become cut off.
