Russia's False Reports of Ukrainian Commander's Disappearance Fuel Tensions in Bakhmut

Russia has launched a fake report claiming the disappearance of Ukraine's Commander-in-Chief, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, amid peak battlefield tension in and around Bakhmut. Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister, Hanna Maliar, said the fake report is a typical information technology aimed at demoralizing the army, and the Russians expect to yield the effect by choosing the right moment to launch the spin and do it en masse.
