Russian Military's Alcohol Problem Highlighted by UK Intelligence

The UK Ministry of Defence has accused Russia of trying to salvage the reputation of the 155th Naval Infantry Brigade of the Pacific Fleet, which has been rendered "combat ineffective" multiple times when fighting in Ukraine. The UK MOD said that Russia was likely running a deliberate information operation to revive the reputation of the brigade, which has become synonymous with recent Russian failures in Ukraine. The brigade has suffered huge casualties, and its best soldiers were killed or wounded and replaced with inexperienced fighters.
