A retired couple spent five years and $180k converting a dilapidated semitrailer into a spacious and sustainable RV, which they now live in full time. The "Nomad Monster" includes a reading room, a hot tub, and a spiral staircase. The couple built a full kitchen, a movie theatre, and a library inside the trailer. They plan to make the most of their senior years living in it, driving across the US and Canada, while taking their motorcycles out for rides in scenic spots.
