NIA Raids Across 5 States to Foil PFI's Peace Disturbance Conspiracy

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted raids across five states to uncover the Popular Front of India (PFI)'s conspiracy to disrupt peace and communal harmony in India. The NIA seized digital devices and documents during the raids, revealing the PFI's plans to establish an Islamic Caliphate through acts of terror and violence. The agency suspects that PFI agents are conducting arms training camps to radicalize and train cadres in the use of weapons. The NIA has been conducting raids and investigations to apprehend PFI leaders and operatives since April 2022.
