Ukraine Accuses Russia of Plotting Catastrophe at Crimean Titan Plant

Ukraine's military intelligence agency, GUR, has accused Russia of preparing a "man-made catastrophe" at the Titan chemical plant in annexed Crimea. The GUR claims that Russian forces are mining the workshops of the plant, which could result in an explosion that would release a cloud of ammonia over the surrounding areas.
