Second Russian Freight Train Derails from Explosive Device near Ukraine Border

A freight train derailed in Russia's Bryansk region due to an "explosive device" on the tracks, the second to occur in the region this week. There were no casualties. Russian Railways said the train had derailed due to "the intervention of unauthorized persons in the work of rail transport".
