"Russian Fighter Jets Destroy Multiple Ukrainian Boats in Black Sea Clashes"

Moscow claims that a Russian fighter jet destroyed a Ukrainian military "reconnaissance boat" near Russian gas infrastructure in the Black Sea. Attacks between Russia and Ukraine have escalated in the region since Russia withdrew from a deal allowing for the safe export of Ukrainian grain.
