Migrant Bus Arrives in Los Angeles, Second Texas Departure

A second bus carrying 41 migrants, including 11 children, arrived in Los Angeles from Texas on Saturday. This follows the first busload of migrants that arrived in the city on June 14. Los Angeles officials were not formally notified of the bus's arrival, but were made aware of it on Friday. Since spring 2022, over 21,600 migrants have been transported to self-declared sanctuary cities as part of the migrant bus strategy.
