Pfizer partners with China to enhance healthcare access.

Pfizer has signed an agreement with China to cooperate on improving the country's health coverage, with a memorandum of understanding set to support public health research and improve the health of rural populations. The agreement is aligned with China's "Healthy China 2030" plan for improving public health services, medical industry, and food and drug safety. Pfizer China President Jean-Christophe Pointeau said any individuals and citizens from China would have the same access to the company's innovative products.
