Lost Teen Found Safe After 54-Hour Ordeal in Canada's Wilderness

A 16-year-old hiker, Esther Wang, who went missing for over two days in Golden Ears Park in Canada, has been found safe and reunited with her family. After getting lost on the East Canyon trail, Wang's hiking group and its leader were unable to locate her, prompting a search operation involving sixteen teams. Wang eventually walked out of the trail area on her own and was checked by emergency medical services before going home with her family. She was tired but uninjured, aside from some mosquito bites. The cause of her separation from the group remains unclear.
