China's Military Strategy: Predictions and Modernization

China is reportedly making "fast preparations for war" against the US, according to foreign policy expert Gordon Chang. He warned that the US is ill-prepared for such a conflict and that it could even break out on American soil. Chang suggested that Chinese saboteurs could try to take down the US grid, poison water, and detonate bombs in shopping centers. He also expressed concern about Chinese migrants crossing the southern border, who he claimed were being sent to the US to steal secrets and send them back to China.
