FM Cohen Breaks 9-Month Silence, Embarks on High-Level Visit to Bahrain

Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen is set to visit Bahrain, marking the first high-level visit between the two countries in nine months. Cohen will meet with Bahrain's King Hamad Al Khalifa and Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al Zayani, as well as inaugurate Israel's embassy in Manama. He will also visit the United States Fifth Fleet base in Bahrain and bring a business delegation to promote trade and investment. The visit comes after a delay caused by a Temple Mount visit by National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir.
