Shepherd Ángel Mari Sanz, 62, continues the ancient tradition of guiding a flock of 1,000 sheep and goats through the transhumance route in northern Spain. Over seven days, the flock travels from the arid lands of Las Bardenas Reales to the cooler valleys and mountains of the Pyrenees.
