Parliament Breach Planner Arrested, Evidence Burned: Sources

Lalit Jha, the alleged mastermind behind the Parliament security breach, reportedly burned the mobile phones of four accomplices in an attempt to destroy evidence, according to Delhi Police sources. Jha, who surrendered to the police, claimed to have filmed the incident of smoke canisters being popped outside Parliament, uploaded the clip to Instagram, and sent it to a Kolkata-based NGO for media coverage before fleeing. The police are verifying Jha's claim of burning the phones. Meanwhile, the four individuals involved in the smoke scare have been sent to police custody, and investigations are ongoing.
