Arrest made in Dutch nightclub hostage situation

A man suspected of holding four hostages in a Dutch nightclub was peacefully arrested by Dutch police after a tense standoff, with no immediate word on a motive but authorities ruling out terrorism. The hostage-taker, armed with knives, was detained without violence, and a backpack he carried is being examined for explosives.
