Four suspects, all citizens of Tajikistan, have been arrested and placed in pre-trial detention over the shooting attack at the Crocus City concert hall near Moscow that killed at least 137 people. The suspects bore visible injuries and appeared in court with bruises and bandages. One of the suspects, 19-year-old Muhammadsobir Fayzov, was shown in a wheelchair with one eye missing.
