Josef Fritzl, an Austrian man who imprisoned his daughter for 24 years and fathered seven of her children, may be moved from prison to an elderly care home due to his dementia and physical weakness. Fritzl, now 88, is also eligible for parole this year under Austrian law. In 2009, he was sentenced to life in prison for rape, enslavement, and murder after his daughter was found following years of captivity and abuse in a windowless basement.
