"Release Considered for Incest Monster Josef Fritzl After 24 Years of Captivity"

Josef Fritzl, the Austrian man who imprisoned and sexually abused his daughter for 24 years, fathering seven of her children, may be moved from prison to an elderly care home due to his dementia and physical weakness. Fritzl, now 88, is also eligible for parole this year under Austrian law. In 2009, he was sentenced to life in prison for rape, enslavement, and murder after his daughter was found in a windowless basement. Fritzl's daughter disappeared in 1984 at 18 years old and was found in 2008.
