"Natalee Holloway's Killer Joran van der Sloot Engages in Prison Relationships with Multiple Women"

Joran van der Sloot, convicted of the 2005 murder of Natalee Holloway and another murder in Peru, has been having conjugal visits and sex with three women while in prison. He confessed to killing Holloway after she rebuffed his advances in Aruba. Van der Sloot was sentenced to 28 years for the Peru murder and 20 years in the US for wire fraud and extortion charges related to the Holloway case. Despite his confession, it is unlikely he will be prosecuted for Holloway's murder in the US.
