Man in Critical Condition After Lowertown Stabbing in Montreal.

An off-duty EMS chief responded to a residence in Pittsburgh for reports of a male stabbed and found the victim on the porch with a stab wound to the neck and multiple wounds to the back. The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition, and police arrested a male on the scene with charges pending.
