Man arrested for throwing pipe bomb at Japan PM.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for throwing a pipe bomb at Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida during a campaign event in western Japan. Kishida was unharmed, and one police officer was slightly injured.
