"Karni Sena Chief Gogamedi Assassinated at Jaipur Home; Land Dispute Suspected"

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, the chief of Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, was shot and killed by gunmen posing as visitors at his office-cum-residence in Jaipur. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the attack. Three people were wounded in the shooting, including Gogamedi's personal security guard and an aide. The gang's henchman, Rohit Godara, who is wanted by the NIA, stated on Facebook that Gogamedi was targeted for being associated with the gang's rivals. The gang has a history of criminal activities, and Godara is wanted in multiple serious cases.
