Investigation launched into fatal e-bike crash and Cardiff riots.

Two boys died in an electric bike crash in Cardiff, which led to hours of rioting after claims that they were being chased by police. CCTV footage emerged showing a police van driving just a second behind the boys before the crash. South Wales Police confirmed that officers had been following the boys and referred itself to the Independent Office for Policing Conduct. The boys were known for riding the e-bike around the streets despite a clampdown on illegal riding. Cars were torched and 15 officers injured in the riots.
