Indian student sentenced for raping drunk woman in UK.

Indian student Preet Vikal has been sentenced to six years and nine months in a young offenders institution in the UK for raping an intoxicated woman he met in Cardiff city centre last year. CCTV footage showed Vikal carrying the victim in his arms to his flat. Vikal, an engineering student, admitted to rape and will serve two thirds of the sentence in custody. The victim reported the incident to the police after waking up naked next to Vikal and not knowing where she was.
