Haitian Mob Burns Suspected Gang Members Alive in Vigilante Attack

A mob of vigilantes in Haiti beat and burned 13 suspected gang members to death in the streets of Port-au-Prince. The men were pulled from police custody during a traffic stop and attacked with gasoline-soaked tires.
