"Gruesome Discovery: Body Parts Found in Mexico City, Linked to Violent Cartel"

Parts of at least two bodies, believed to be the work of the violent drug cartel Familia Michoacana, were found in various locations around Toluca, the capital of the State of Mexico. The severed leg of one victim was discovered hanging from a pedestrian bridge, while other body parts were found in different neighborhoods, accompanied by handwritten signs signed by the cartel. The mayor of Toluca appealed for calm, as the cartel may be attempting to expand its influence into the state capital. The Familia Michoacana has a history of carrying out brutal attacks on police and residents in Mexico State and Guerrero.
