German Man Arrested in France for Holding Wife Captive

French police have arrested a 55-year-old German man after his wife was found in captivity for 12 years in their home in Forbach, eastern France. The woman, who had been abused and tortured, managed to call the police in Germany, who then alerted their French counterparts.
