Former Wagner commander expresses shame over Oslo bar fight while seeking asylum in Norway.

Andrei Medvedev, a former commander in Russia's Wagner mercenary group who is seeking asylum in Norway, pleaded guilty to being involved in a fight outside an Oslo bar and carrying an air gun in public. He denied committing violence against a police officer, the most serious charge he faces. Medvedev has also continued to speak with Norway's criminal police service about his time with the Wagner militia in Ukraine.
