Bollywood Actress Jailed in UAE for Drug Smuggling.

Bollywood actor Chrisann Pereira was arrested in the UAE for carrying drugs hidden in a memento, but Mumbai police have now found that she was allegedly framed in a revenge plot over a fight about a dog. Two people, including a bakery owner and a bank assistant general manager, have been arrested for planting drugs on her and demanding money for her release. The accused have also been involved in similar drug conspiracies and framing others. Pereira has worked in Bollywood films like 'Sadak-2' and 'Batla House'.
