Bodyguard kills Ugandan minister in shooting incident.

A Ugandan soldier shot and killed retired Colonel Charles Okello Engola, the deputy minister for gender and labour, whom he was guarding. The soldier then shot himself dead. It is unclear whether there was an argument between the two. Eyewitnesses reported the soldier walking around the neighbourhood shooting in the air before the incident.
