Axe-wielding man injures 4 diners at 3 New Zealand restaurants.

A man armed with an axe attacked diners at random at three neighboring Chinese restaurants in New Zealand, leaving four people hospitalized. The 24-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with wounding and intending to cause grievous bodily harm. Police have not yet offered a motive for the attack. The man acted alone, and police expect to file more charges. The restaurants targeted were Yues Dumpling Kitchen, Zhangliang Malatang, and Maya Hotpot.
