Arrested Man Parachutes from Eiffel Tower

A man was arrested in Paris after jumping off the Eiffel Tower with a parachute. The man scaled a pillar of the iconic landmark and despite attempts by the tower's intervention brigade to deter him, he successfully completed the jump and landed on the roof of a nearby sports center. The tower's management company lodged a complaint, condemning the "irresponsible action" that endangered those working on or under the structure. This incident follows a series of security incidents at the site, including two American men being discovered after spending a drunken night on the tower and an evacuation due to a bomb threat.
