Andrew Tate's request for bail from a Romanian jail has been rejected by a judge due to concerns about witness tampering and his potential flight risk. Tate, his brother, and two others are being investigated for human trafficking and rape. They will remain in jail until at least the end of March. Tate has sent a cease and desist letter to an accuser and claimed to have set up a $100 million charity for men falsely accused of crimes. He was de-platformed from social media in 2022 and allowed to return to Twitter in January 2023 before his arrest.
