"Miracle Baby: Newborn Found in Shopping Bag Less Than an Hour Old on London Street"

A newborn girl, believed to be less than an hour old, was found in a shopping bag in Newham, east London, by a dog walker who kept her warm until paramedics arrived. The baby, named Elsa by hospital staff, was unharmed and is safe, but police are "extremely concerned" for the welfare of the girl's mother and have appealed for her to get in touch. This is the third infant to be found abandoned in Newham in four years.
