Investigation Launched into Ukrainian Prisoner Executions in Avdiivka and Vesele

The Security Service of Ukraine, with the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Avdiivka and Vesele, following reports and video evidence of the killings. The investigation is focused on violations of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder, and is being conducted in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
